Trained through with GB dance Co in styles including; jazz, ballet, contemporary, tap, hip hop , musical theatre, trained by Corey Blake, Mitch Owers, Pete Evans, Jervis Livelo, Glenda Benton, Brad Green, Chris Tstallios. Represented by Clik management Mel has been fortunate to have been involved in Film/Television castings including Dance Boss, The Voice TVC, Cricket Aus Campaign Plan B, Vogue 50th anniversary. Also was a Featured dancer for the Royal Easter Show and performed for Entertainment Express internationally in Bangkok and Shanghai. Currently a regular performer for JLD Entertainment Mel has worked for major sporting leagues such as NBL, NRL and BBL and other cooperate appearances.

Mel dances because it’s the her absolute passion, nothing makes her more happy.

“I also love dancing with other dancers as you bounce part of each other’s good vibes and energy. The energy you feel in a room of dancers that share the same love and passion for dance is the absolute best feeling. My goal as a teacher is for the kids to be reminded why they dance as it’s what they love, and to encourage all students in the room to be comfortable in themselves and to have a great work ethic and energy in the room always. I love seeing kids smile on stage and bringing 110%  in class and on stage. This is one of my greatest feeling when I experience this with my students and I love bringing this energy to GB Dance CO”
